My Eye Dr . in the United States is seeking a Patient Service Coordinator to manage front desk check-in/out and provide personalized patient experiences. Training will be provided to learn about vision care and our services, ensuring a best-in-class experience for every patient.
You will verify insurance, assist with appointment confirmations, answer phones, greet patients, and support office staff as needed. Some weekend and evening shifts required to meet patient needs.
