Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, individualized behavior therapy to clients with developmental and/or behavioral challenges. This role is essential in helping clients develop the skills necessary to improve their quality of life.

• - Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising BCBA.
• - Collect and record data on client progress as directed by the treatment plan.
• - Utilize positive reinforcement strategies to encourage desired behaviors.
• - Provide direct one-on-one in home services.
• - Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and other team members to ensure treatment fidelity.
• - Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.
• - Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

• - Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
• - High school diploma or equivalent; a background in psychology, education, or a related field is a plus.
• - Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.
• - Excellent observational and analytical skills.
• - Effective verbal and written communication skills.
