Occupational Therapist (OT) - Rehab

Norfolk, VA

Contract | Days | Onsite

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

• Prior experience in a rehab setting
• Familiarity with interdisciplinary care team collaboration

• Opportunity to provide meaningful, patient-centered occupational therapy services in a structured rehab environment
