This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Chesapeake, VA, for a Hotel Sales Manager. The Hotel Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and attract new business. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, negotiating and closing sales contracts, managing customer accounts, and collaborating with operational teams to ensure a seamless guest experience. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, target growth opportunities, and participate in marketing initiatives to achieve organizational objectives.

• Strong skills in Communication, Customer Service, and building client relationships
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Familiarity with Marketing strategies, and ability to contribute to marketing efforts
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple accounts efficiently
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
