Full-time, Hourly. Pay: $18.00/hour.

The Event Concierge is the liaison between the Event Sales and/or Event Planning Manager and the on-site meeting contact. This position is highly visible and the central point for handling and addressing special needs or requests.
It requires detailed knowledge of the hotel meeting facilities, group dynamics, and event details.
- Represents the Hyatt brand and makes a connection with the meeting planner to ensure that the hotel has a positive image.
- Stays in close contact with all hotel departments to ensure that all planner and hotel requests are met.
- The eyes and ears for all meetings and special events, communicating specifically with the Events Department to ensure the managers feel the operations is running smoothly.
- Checks all event space and compares to event orders prior to planner arrival to make sure everything is ready exactly as desired.
- Communicates and addresses concerns and opportunities with planners and helps quickly find creative solutions.
