The training programs offer a structured approach towards associate training and development in all areas of hotel operational disciplines or sales management. At the heart of the program is the Associate Development Plan, which will be created in conjunction with LHG’s leadership and designated training team, to outline a training path that will ensure excellence in future managerial roles. Candidates will develop strong operational or sales management skills through a combination of formal and on-site training within the Landmark Hotel Group family of hotels.
