We are seeking a junior Node.js and Database Developer to design, build, and enhance solutions in Norfolk, VA for a US Navy customer. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation, hands-on experience delivering business applications, and basic business analysis skills to work closely with stakeholders, gather requirements, and translate them into scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities- Design and develop system architectures, including hardware, software, and network components, to meet specific requirements and ensure system integration
- Create and manage system models to enhance understanding, communication, and integration of complex systems
- Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality
- Research deployment methods in a littoral environment against operational requirements
- Document system specific modularity and interoperability between systems platforms
- JavaScript and Database
Experience:
Candidate shall have a minimum of two (2) years of experience coding in JavaScript and designing, building, and troubleshooting database structures used by web applications
Salary: $80k+ to align with education and experience
Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
