Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert

CTI is actively seeking a Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert to spearhead enterprise-level cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring that mission systems not only meet but exceed the cybersecurity requirements set forth by the Department of Defense (DoD) and the Intelligence Community. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader, adept at merging technical cybersecurity expertise with program management skills to enhance compliance, mitigate risks, and secure systems integration across CTI’s technology portfolios.

This position is integral to CTI’s ongoing dedication to delivering secure and innovative technology solutions for the warfighter through effective governance, continuous risk management, and strict adherence to established cybersecurity frameworks.

• Developing and managing comprehensive cybersecurity and Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) program plans that encompass scope, schedule, budget, and risk management, all aligned with CTI and DoD strategic objectives.
• Overseeing the implementation of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF), NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), CMMC, and other relevant compliance standards across multiple programs.
