Job Description:
- Retail domain
- Understand the objective of the project, the schedule/milestones that needs to be met
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements
- Build a high level flowchart and confirm with customer if their needs are correctly outlined
- Expand on the flowchart to identify processes, people and systems involved
- Build flowchart using swim lanes which outlines the process for each system/people
- Write detailed requirements on each of the processes. Flowcharts might be needed for each process if they are huge
- Walk-through of the BRD, obtain signoff.
- Quick Reference Guide for users, if needed
- Create Jira Stories for Agile Delivery, if needed
