Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a FSMS EBS Functional Lead to support our proposal effort for the USCG FSC BOS in Chesapeake, VA.

Position Overview:

The FSMS EBS Functional Lead serves as the senior functional authority for Oracle Federal Financials business processes, application sustainment, issue resolution, requirements analysis, testing, business process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. This position bridges the gap between FSC financial operations, Oracle EBS system capabilities, and technical support teams to ensure the effective execution of mission-critical financial services. The Functional Lead oversees functional analysts and business process specialists and provides strategic guidance for process improvements, system enhancements, audit readiness initiatives, and modernization efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the lead functional SME for FSMS Oracle EBS operations.
  • Provide oversight of Oracle Federal Financials modules and business processes.
  • Lead functional analysis, issue resolution, business process support, and system optimization efforts.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex Oracle EBS functional issues.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience supporting Oracle EBS, Oracle Federal Financials, or enterprise ERP environments.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading functional support teams or financial systems operations.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting federal financial management systems.
  • Experience analyzing and improving complex financial business processes.
  • Experience supporting system sustainment, testing, and enhancement efforts.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Clearance: Tier 1 Background Investigation or higher & CAC are required to Start.
