Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - MIRPROD Structure and Data to support our proposal effort for the USCG FSC BOS in Chesapeake, VA.
Position OverviewThe MIRPROD SME serves as the authoritative resource for MIRPROD data structures, data relationships, business rules, reporting logic, and integration requirements supporting Oracle Federal Financials and FSC business processes. This position provides expertise in data governance, data analysis, data integrity, reporting support, system interfaces, audit readiness, and business process optimization. The SME works closely with FSC leadership, Oracle functional teams, master data personnel, reporting analysts, and system stakeholders to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and effective use of MIRPROD data across the FSMS enterprise.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary SME for MIRPROD structure, data architecture, and data relationships.
- Analyze and interpret complex MIRPROD data sets supporting FSC financial and operational functions.
- Ensure proper alignment between MIRPROD data and Oracle Federal Financials business processes.
- Provide recommendations regarding data structure improvements and optimization opportunities.
- Minimum 8 years of experience supporting federal financial systems, data management, or enterprise reporting environments.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with MIRPROD data structures, reporting environments, or related Coast Guard financial management systems.
- Experience supporting data governance, reporting, and business process analysis activities.
- Experience supporting financial operations, audit readiness, or enterprise system integrations.
Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related discipline.
ClearanceTier 1 Background Investigation or higher & CAC are required to Start.
