Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a FSMS EBS Lead Architect to support our proposal effort for the USCG FSC BOS in Chesapeake, VA.

Position Overview

The FSMS EBS Lead Architect provides strategic leadership for system architecture, application sustainment, integrations, performance optimization, technical modernization, and enterprise solution design supporting mission‑critical Coast Guard financial operations. This role ensures the stability, scalability, security and performance of the Oracle EBS environment while guiding technical improvements that align with FSC operational requirements and future modernization objectives. The Lead Architect serves as the primary technical advisor to FSC leadership, functional teams, developers, database administrators and system engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead architect for the FSMS Oracle EBS environment.
  • Define and maintain the overall technical architecture roadmap supporting FSC business operations.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, modernization opportunities, and architecture improvements.
  • Ensure architectural decisions align with FSC mission requirements, security standards, and operational objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 12 years of experience supporting enterprise ERP systems or large‑scale business applications.
  • Minimum 8 years of Oracle EBS architecture experience.
  • Minimum 5 years serving as a Technical Lead, Solutions Architect, or Enterprise Architect.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Federal Financials or complex federal financial management systems.
  • Experience designing and supporting enterprise integrations, databases, middleware, and reporting solutions.
Education

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or Systems Engineering.

Clearance

Tier 1 Background Investigation or higher & CAC are required to start.
