Responsibilities- Lead/Manage/Support enterprise Vulnerability Management operations by guiding a vulnerability management team responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and driving remediation of security weaknesses across the enterprise.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure vulnerabilities are analyzed, communicated, and remediated in alignment with enterprise hardening and compliance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in vulnerability reduction, hardening efforts, and remediation workflows through data‑driven insights, process optimization, and innovative approaches to reduce organizational risk.
- Utilize vulnerability scanning platforms such as Qualys, Crowdstrike, Wiz or Security scorecard, risk scoring tools, remediation tracking systems, and enterprise security frameworks to enhance vulnerability visibility and hardening effectiveness.
- Education:
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science. - Experience:
5+ years of related experience. - Technical skills:
Vulnerability scanning tools, enterprise remediation workflows, hardening frameworks (e.g., CIS, STIG), risk analysis, reporting, orchestration. - Role requirements:

The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 – $166,175. Salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
