Job Description
The SRW Operator is responsible for warehouse operations activities including shipping and receiving, deliveries, coordinating stock, documenting warehouse transactions, maintaining records, and overseeing the storage of surplus inventory and property. The SRW operator is also responsible for packaging finished goods from the production line and packing finished goods orders for customer shipment.

• Keep work area clean
• Adhere to safety and environmental rules
• Control and operate equipment safely
• Provide value to our customers through effective operations of assigned work area and support to the facility
• Support Supervisors and team in training and cross‑training efforts
• Deliver orders to faculty and staff
• Ship canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate
• Forklift license may be required for position and will be issued by Mitsubishi
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• One to two years of shipping and receiving experience
• Forklift experience

• Must be proficient with woodworking equipment such as saws and pneumatic nail and staple guns
• Math – specifically, using a tape measure and a solid understanding of the metric system

• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Legible handwriting for document completion
• Quality conscious
• Organized
• Self‑motivated
• Able to work alone or in a team setting
• Goal oriented with a focus on safety, process improvement, and team building

• The salary range for this position is $17 – $18 (Shift differential eligible). Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.
