• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Maintain overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in preparing vacant apartments for move‑in and complete resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Demonstrate a great attitude and willingness to learn.
• Proficient in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, drywall, minor carpentry, or a skill set that shows aptitude to learn.
• Professional appearance is a must.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Driver’s license and car.
