Automotive Technician

Little Joe’s Mitsubishi is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Automotive Technician who can step in and produce.

This is not an entry-level position.

We have a separate opening for technicians who are just getting started.

We’re looking for someone with real-world repair experience who can diagnose vehicles, handle larger repairs, and work independently.

You are paid your agreed-upon hourly rate for clocked hours, up to 40 hours per week.

On top of that:

• Billed hours 1–40: +$5 per billed hour
• Billed hour 41+: your hourly rate + $5 per billed hour

40 clocked hours + 40 billed hours

• Base pay: $800
• Production pay: $200
• Weekly pay: $1,000

40 clocked hours + 50 billed hours

• Base pay: $800
• First 40 billed hours: $200
• Additional 10 billed hours: $250
• Weekly pay: $1,250

Hourly rate is based on experience and ability.

Ideally, you have:

• 2+ years of professional automotive repair experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
• Experience with brakes, suspension, engine, drivetrain, and drivability repairs
• Electrical diagnostic experience
• Ability to diagnose problems instead of just throwing parts at a vehicle
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Your own basic hand tools
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

ASE and dealership experience are a plus, but not required.

Mitsubishi experience is NOT required — we’ll provide the factory training.

If you’ve spent years working on Ford, GM, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Chrysler, European vehicles, or another manufacturer, we understand that changing brands can feel like starting over.

You are not starting over here.

We’re hiring you for the diagnostic ability, mechanical knowledge, and experience you’ve already spent years building.

You do not need Mitsubishi experience.

A good technician is a good technician.

We can teach you Mitsubishi. We can’t teach years of real-world experience overnight.
