THE ROLE & SCHEDULE

  • Kid Strong Director focuses on developing a team of coaches, training, and enhancing member experience.
  • Must be comfortable discussing the curriculum with parents/guardians.
  • Community engagement and HQ liaison responsibilities.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Immediate need for a high-energy, highly organized, passionate Studio Assistant Director.
  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation to meet goals.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings (last class at 7 pm) and at least one weekend morning.
  • Passion for working with people, excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and leadership qualities.
  • Previous management experience required.
  • CPR certification is a plus.
  • Customer service and sales experience are advantages.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee center operations, ensure sales goals are met, and utilize CRM systems.
  • Lead and train leadership and coaching staff.
  • Manage marketing, community engagement, and revenue streams.
  • Handle sales calls, emails, memberships, and customer relationships.
  • Evaluate staff performance, onboard new coaches, and recruit talent.
  • Attend programming rollouts, lead team meetings, and maintain center standards.
  • Complete administrative tasks and manage inventory and expenses.
  • Maintain a fun, motivational environment and communicate the curriculum's 'why'.
  • Ensure facility cleanliness and operational readiness.
  • Adapt to shift hours as needed to ensure smooth studio operations.

Additional Leadership Responsibilities

  • Execute lead generation and marketing strategies to increase sales.
  • Provide leadership in daily sales and member relations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and reduce member attrition.
  • Coordinate with management on observations, trials, and enrollments.
  • Organize community events to promote the studio.
