We are seeking a skilled Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects from initiation to completion. This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with industry and insurance standards. (2 openings available)
Responsibilities:
+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and clients, communicating at least weekly.
+ Obtain approvals from insured and adjusters, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place as per internal policies.
+ Secure signed contracts and authorizations at the start and conclusion of services.
+ Provide approved contracts to Accounts Receivable at milestones for draws and final payment.
+ Communicate, supplement, and update estimates with signed and approved change orders.
+ Manage client guidelines and expectations in accordance with carrier SLA agreements and internal protocols.
+ Manage job-related communication and documentation with MIPs and subcontractors.
+ Create, execute, and manage a budget for each project, ensuring it aligns with company gross profit metrics.
+ Oversee subcontractors and in-house trades, including scheduling, work orders, purchase orders, materials, and permits.
+ Conduct quality control site visits to verify project milestones.
+ Document services rendered to all invested parties using required dashboards.
+ Ensure the production team completes required notes and photo documentation.
+ Respond to notes and emails within 24 hours.
+ Enter weekly status updates for all open jobs.
+ Comply with industry and insurance standards.
+ Maintain accurate hard copy and digital job files.
+ Complete compliance tasks within required time frames.
+ Follow company protocols for purchase orders and material approvals.
Essential
Skills:
+ Minimum three years of experience in restoration, construction, or project management.
+ Experience working with insurance carriers and SLA-driven environments.
+ Proficiency in restoration management platforms such as Xact Analysis and Restore 365.
+ Strong understanding of insurance documentation and compliance standards.
+ Ability to review and manage estimates and project cost documentation.
+ Proficiency in maintaining digital documentation and using company systems.
Additional Skills &
Qualifications:
+ Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
+ Industry certifications are preferred but not required.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
