Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and maintain the books and records for our corporate function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
2. Lead the consolidation and analysis of company wide results, providing insightful reports and recommendations to the management team.
3. Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the company's financial and other systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our operations.
4. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the company's Financial Statements, ensuring they reflect an accurate and fair view of the company's financial position.
5. Generate and manage SAP BI and Hyperion Essbase Reports, providing critical financial insights to guide decision-making.
6. Collaborate with various departments to understand their financial systems needs and implement solutions that meet these needs.
7. Keep abreast of the latest developments in financial systems and technologies, and leverage this knowledge to improve our financial systems and processes.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Systems Manager role or similar position.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong data analysis skills.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience working with SAP, Hyperion, Essbase, Workiva, and Winshuttle.
5. Experience in maintaining books and records for a corporate function is essential.
6. Proven track record in managing the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of financial systems.
7. Ability to create and manage SAP BI and Hyperion Essbase Reports.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
9. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
10. Up-to-date knowledge of current financial systems and technologies, and a strong desire to stay informed of the latest trends and developments in this field.
