Salary Range: $50,000.00 To $70,000.00 Annually
Construction Fleet Manager
What You’ll Do- Manage the full lifecycle of fleet assets including trucks, vans, trailers, and construction equipment
- Oversee maintenance and repair programs to ensure safety and minimize downtime
- Monitor fleet utilization, fuel usage, and operating costs
- Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards
- Coordinate equipment allocation to support field operations across job sites
- Manage vendor relationships (repair shops, dealerships, leasing, and fuel providers)
- Lead accident reporting, claims management, and driver safety initiatives
- 5+ years of fleet management experience, preferably in construction
- Strong knowledge of construction vehicles and equipment
- Experience with DOT/OSHA compliance and telematics systems
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools
- Fleet lifecycle and asset management
- Cost control and operational efficiency strategies
- Safety compliance and risk management
- Vendor management and negotiations
- Data tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
