General Manager in Training

This position is part of our Management Training Program, which prepares you to run a dealership as a General Manager within 9–12 months. The role is a 3‑year career path that begins with a full‑time position and concludes with a GM status.

• Provide guidance and strategic planning to achieve sales goals and profitability objectives across all sales channels.
• Implement and execute company‑wide marketing initiatives to maximize impact.
• Train, coach and develop staff to progress through the career path.
• Identify and develop referral‑source relationships; monitor and maintain positive relationships.
• Conduct sales meetings to motivate the team and share successful selling techniques.
• Develop and enhance customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and operational effectiveness.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred).
• 5+ years of management experience, preferably as a General Manager, Retail Manager or Multi‑Unit Manager.
• Willingness and ability to relocate out of state after certification; relocation assistance will be provided.

• Base salary of $65,000 annually plus bonus.
