* What you will do:

*** Supports the Regional Contracting Manager and Area General Manager in delivering business results and sharing department vision.
* Directly supervises contracting fulfillment Project Management and Technician personnel.
* Responsible for conducting employee reviews and ensuring performance objectives are met.
* Partner with and support sales teams in the discovery and development of new opportunities.
* Maintains customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, implementing corrective action, and communicating with customers and assigned staff.
* Maintains and improves current customer relationships while seeking out other sales opportunities.
* Reviews and validates contracts by performing risk analysis and developing risk plans.
* Reviews and validates estimates by utilizing prior experience to ensure proper costs and constructability.
* Confirms Trane’s ability to meet the project performance and financial requirements by obtaining and analyzing customer data, project data, and implementation issues prior to accepting the project.
* Leads the team as a safety professional to establish and maintain a work culture that makes safety priority #1.
* Responsible for the financial performance of the business and delivering on financial commitments.
* Responsible for customer communication and assuring customer commitments are met or exceeded.
* Evaluates subcontractor performance and establishes relationships with new subcontractors and vendors, as necessary.
* Manpower planning to meet the needs of the business and facilitate the growth and development of team members
* Partner with peer leaders on the successful execution of projects.
* Be customer facing and effectively communicate on Trane’s plan to execute with confidence.
* Develop risk mitigation plans and lead the completion of project closeout reviews.
* Strong financial acumen for forecasting and contracting business performance.
* Partner with the sales teams on the successful development and execution of projects.
* Ownership and accountability for the entire portfolio of projects from inception to completion.
** What you will bring:
*** Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
* Working knowledge of industrial and commercial HVAC systems and building automation systems, performance contracting.
* Experience leading a team preferred.
* Experienced and knowledgeable in contracting processes associated with the installation of building automation systems, mechanical/HVAC systems…
