Unit Manager

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Unit Manager to lead daily operations on a long-term care and post-acute unit within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. The Unit Manager oversees resident-centered clinical care, supervises and schedules staff, and ensures compliance with state, federal, and company standards. This role drives quality, safety, and continuous improvement while fostering a compassionate, faith-based culture of dignity, teamwork, and servant leadership.
