Brewery production manager

We are seeking a full-time Brewery Production Manager to oversee daily brewery operations at our facility in Chesapeake, VA. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production schedules, maintaining quality standards, managing a team of production staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. The manager will also take part in inventory management, equipment maintenance, and process improvement initiatives to ensure an efficient and productive brewing process.

• Knowledge and experience in beverage production processes, including brewing and packaging
• Strong leadership, team management, and delegation skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and production scheduling
• Attention to detail in adhering to quality standards and regulatory compliance
• Problem-solving and process optimization skills
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities
• Basic mechanical skills for monitoring and maintaining production equipment
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or brewery environment is preferred
• Ability to work on-site in Chesapeake, VA
• Bachelor s degree in Brewing Science, Food Science, Operations Management, or related field is a plus
