Outside Sales – Production Powder Coating (OEM / Manufacturing)

Territory:
Virginia, North Carolina Mid-Atlantic

Sell real manufacturing programs — not one-off jobs.

We’re an established industrial powder coating operation with a high-capacity, automated production line.

This role is for an outside sales professional who knows manufacturing and wants to sell repeat-run, production-volume coating programs to OEMs and fabricators.

This is industrial production sales, not retail or transactional quoting.

Production powder coating programs for:

• OEM manufacturers
• Metal fabricators
• Equipment builders
• Marine, defense, and industrial manufacturers

Long-term, repeat-run programs with scheduled volumes

• Prospect and visit manufacturers with ongoing coating needs
• Turn prototypes and pilot jobs into full production programs
• Evaluate parts, specs, and volumes for production fit
• Work with operations to price and launch programs correctly
• Grow accounts by expanding parts, SKUs, and coated assemblies

• A book of high-volume, repeat-run production accounts
• Consistent utilization of automated coating capacity
• Growing recurring revenue from long-term customers

• Commission on all collected revenue
• Tiered accelerators and new-account incentives
• Vehicle allowance and expense reimbursement
