NOW HIRING: ADVANCED MANUFACTURING ASSOCIATES IN CHESAPEAKE, VA!

Position: Advanced Manufacturing Associate
Pay: $17.50/hour
Shifts: 5:30am - 6:00pm and 5:30pm - 6:00am (rotating 12-hour shifts; must be available for both)
Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

Job Responsibilities of Advanced Manufacturing Associates:

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery

• Perform inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment

• Troubleshoot issues to maintain production flow

• Ensure all product meets quality standards

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

• Record production data and report discrepancies

• Collaborate with team members to meet goals and deadlines

Job Qualifications of Advanced Manufacturing Associates:

• High school diploma or GED

• Must pass background check and drug screen

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record

• Flexible availability for rotating shifts (day and night)

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Forklift or motorized equipment experience is a plus

• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on safety

• Positive, team-oriented mindset and desire to grow

Additional Duties May Include:

• Assisting finishing, packaging, maintenance, or quality teams

• Responding to changes or upsets in production lines

• Participating in safety meetings and improvement initiatives

• Completing tasks assigned by supervisor
