ISR system installations for our Military. You will join an amazing team to fabricate, and assemble various electromechanical and electronic assemblies by applying appropriate safety techniques. You will be part of a team that works closely with the customer and other Serco team members to deliver high technology performed on Chesapeake Sea Enterprise (SURFLANT) program. Now Hiring Skilled Professionals in the following areas:
* Welders

* Structural Technicians

* Marine Electricians

* Installation Technicians

* Production Leads

* Technical Specialists To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Shipboard or Shipyard experience or a related field.
* The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance
* The ability to obtain gain access to shipyards (NAVSTA & DBIDS)
* The ability to work onsite 5 days a week.
* The ability to obtain any required certifications.
* Experience in (1) one of the following areas:
* Marine Electrician experience ranging from 2-15 years of experience.
* Welder experience ranging from 1-10 years of experience.
* Structural Technician experience ranging from 2-10 years of experience.
* Installation Technician experience ranging from 8-10 years of experience
* Production Lead experience ranging from 8-10 more years of experience
* Technical Specialist experience rangin from 8-10 years of experience
* Have attention to safety (which is critical).
* Candidate must be willing to travel up to 10% to various work sites. Additional desired experience and skills:
* An active DoD Secret Clearance
