Role Overview
The Test Technician will conduct tests on electronic and mechanical systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, document test procedures, and maintain test equipment.
Responsibilities- Conduct functional and performance testing on electronic and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve test failures and anomalies.
- Document test procedures and results accurately.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve test processes and methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment.
- Generate reports on test status, issues, and actions.
- HS Diploma or AA/AS degree (or other 2‑year post‑high‑school training).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant testing experience in a testing environment.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Experience producing presentations of status, issues, and actions.
- Experience reading technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Experience troubleshooting electronic systems and equipment at a component level using schematics, test equipment, and technical procedures.
Salary range: $43,400 – $82,600 USD per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
