Production - General Labor - Chesapeake, VA
Coastal Precast Systems is currently hiring for Production / General Labor position at our concrete plant in Chesapeake, VA. This role involves supporting daily production operations and assisting with a variety of hands‑on tasks.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Clean up production material
- Patching and finishing concrete
- Pulling cables
- Lifting 25 lbs or more on a regular basis
- Working outdoors in various weather conditions
Schedule:
Hours may vary based on production needs.
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical labor
- Willingness to work outdoors
- Dependable and ready to learn
Experience:
No prior experience required — we will train the right candidate.
Pay:
Starting at $16/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience (to be evaluated).
