In this hands‑on role, you will play a critical part in maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding the mechanical equipment that powers our clients’ production facilities. From performing preventative maintenance and diagnosing equipment failures to fabricating components and responding to emergency breakdowns, you will help ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Working alongside experienced maintenance and operations teams, you will use your mechanical expertise and problem‑solving skills to minimize downtime and support continuous improvement efforts.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment.
- Diagnose failures with mechanical equipment and make repairs.
- Rebuild mechanical equipment.
- Fabricate sheet metal.
- Compile and complete paperwork related to repairs, including work orders, timecards, and job cards.
- Perform all work within safety guidelines established by local, state, and federal agencies as well as company policies.
- Respond to calls after hours and on weekends to repair mechanical equipment failures.
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid state driver’s license.
- Move freely throughout facilities, including climbing vertical heights (0–150') and vertical ladders.
- Carry tools and equipment (0–100 pounds).
- Work in environments with extreme temperatures (0–100°F), humidity (0–100%), and noise (50db–100db).
- $31-$32/hour
- Rotating shift 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
- Must be able to work weekends
