Job Title

Are you passionate about machining, machine settings, and optimizing manufacturing processes? Join AMB, a Creusois site, expert in the production of technical parts with very high requirements, which offers a specialized and recognized industrial environment. Attached to the Production Manager, your missions will be:

- Define and implement the means necessary for the realization of new fabrications according to the established ranges and surveillance plans.

- Propose solutions optimizing the quality / cost / deadlines / safety criteria.

- Perform machine settings and validate the series surveillance plans.

- Propose, argue, and implement actions to improve productivity and quality.

- Participate in the development of processes and ensure technical and technological surveillance.

- Determine and/or validate, based on the pre-established ranges that you must optimize, the times corresponding to the manufacture of a product.

- Define the programming methodology in conjunction with programmers.

- Calculate forecast times from standardized methods.

- Incorporate your action into the PPI project management methodology.

- Take into account industrial tools (such as GPAO) in the establishment of technical data.

- Comply with the quality organization of the company.

- Contribute to the integration of new arrivals (accompany / train).

- Training and/or confirmed experience in mechanics, machining, and setting.

- Mastery of reading plans, dimensional and geometric dimensioning.

- Knowledge of numerical programming (ISO and MAZATROL).

- Rigor, sense of organization, and a taste for teamwork.
