Operate and maintain the batching control system to produce various concrete mixes;
Accurately measure and weigh aggregate, cement, water, and admixtures according to specified mix designs;
Monitor and adjust batching parameters to ensure consistency and quality of the concrete;
Coordinate with truck drivers for timely loading of ready-mix trucks;
Maintain accurate batching records and production logs
