- Construction to join their team. As a General Labor
- Construction, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to building essential structural components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate motivation, teamwork, and attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

* ** What's the Job?*
* + Complete equipment safety and startup checks at the beginning of each shift

+ Read production specifications from a computer workstation

+ Set up building tables and truss layouts according to design plans

+ Measure and place lumber pieces accurately

+ Use hammers, hand tools, and production equipment to assemble trusses

** What's Needed?*
* + Experience in manufacturing or construction preferred

+ Ability to use a variety of tools safely and effectively

+ Ability to perform repetitive work at a fast pace while standing for long periods

+ Ability to work well within a team environment

+ Proficiency in reading tape measures accurately
