Job Description
This role is for an experienced Hyrdrualic Installer who will help build and install hydraulic systems on large industrial equipment. The person in this position will work with hydrualic systems including, pumps, valves, hoses, etc. They will use blueprints, hydraulic diagrams, and basic hand tools. The Hydraulic Installer will inspect and test their work, troubleshoot any misalignments or installation issues, and work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to keep projects on schedule.
Attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a strong commitment to safety and quality are essential for success in this role.
Location:
Chesapeake VA.
Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 4:00PM – 2:30 AM
Overtime:
Optional overtime available on Fridays and occasionally Saturdays
Compensation: $22/hr-$26/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

- 3+ years of experience in hydrualic installation, hose assembly, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with large components and high pressure systems.
- Ability to use standard hydraulic installation tools and testing equipment. (i.e torque wrenches, hose crimpers, etc.)
- Previous experience in:
- Hydraulics
- Automotive Manufacturing
- Heavy Equipment Manufacturing
