Our client, a leader in the printing and mailing services industry, is seeking a Printer Production Associate to join their team. As a Printer Production Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting operational excellence and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Operate printing, inserting, labeling, and sorting machines for various materials such as statements, health insurance cards, and loyalty cards.
- Manually insert documents/forms into envelopes, affix tags to plastic carriers, and stuff mail into expedited mailing packages.
- Operate presorting machines to sort and separate damaged mail, requesting reprints when necessary.
- Place sorted mail into bins for delivery to the post office, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to improve productivity, safety, security, and quality standards, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and PC navigation.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to stand for 95% of your shift and lift between 20 to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
