• Coordinate with our print specialists to keep road signs stocked, ordered, and placed on efficient weekly routes across all our field office markets
• Preferred Skill: proficiency with Google My Maps
• Create and post content and ads across our social media accounts — photos, videos, copy, and creatives primarily to Facebook and Instagram
• Required Skills:
  
  Meta Ads and Meta profile page management experience
• Manage our Nextdoor business presence — postings and engagement
• Experiment with new lead-generation tactics and test new platforms or formats to drive real leads
• Preferred Skill: some experience in marketing platform management
• Maintain smaller business page listings and help keep our local online presence sharp
• Review and rate incoming Google Local Services Ads leads for quality, disputing bad leads for credit
• Preferred Skill: some Local Services Ads experience
• Craft and send email marketing campaigns to our customers and leads
• Preferred Skill: some email marketing experience
• Hit performance-based bonuses as new territories ramp up and marketing campaigns grow

• Professional experience in marketing, social media management, or administrative operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Meta Ads
• Valid driver's license for occasional travel to local sites.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with local marketing trends in the Chesapeake area.
• Prior experience in the construction or home services industry is a plus.
