Entry-Level Communications Assistant

We’re hiring motivated individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Communications Assistants
, supporting live events, campaigns, and outreach initiatives.

No prior professional experience is required — we provide paid training and mentorship to help you build valuable skills in event coordination, public engagement, and communications support.

In this role, you will assist with planning, organizing, and executing events that engage communities and promote nonprofit initiatives. You’ll be on the front lines, interacting with attendees, supporting event logistics, and helping ensure every event runs smoothly. • Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events, workshops, and community initiatives
• Assist in managing event logistics, including registration, volunteer coordination, and attendee support
• Engage directly with participants to share information about programs and initiatives

• Collaborate with team members to ensure events align with organizational goals
• Contribute ideas to improve future events and engagement strategies
