Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• Recent experience in Stepdown or Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting
• Strong clinical assessment, monitoring, and documentation skills
• Proficiency with cardiac rhythm interpretation, critical care protocols, and medication administration
• Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in high-acuity and fast-paced situations

Schedule/

Hours:

• Contract role, full-time hours
• Rotating shifts and weekend requirements based on unit need

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Stepdown patients recovering from severe illness or surgery
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and patient status, intervening promptly as needed
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other clinicians to develop individualized care plans
