• Number of Beds - 44
• Number of Staff – 46
• Type of staff:
• • Day Shift – 1 charge out of staffing, RNs, LPNs, and tech and 1 secretary
  • Night Shift - 1 charge with patients RN, LPNs and techs
• Patient Ratios – 5-6:1 tech ratios; 10-15:1
• Equipment – Hoyer lifts, IVs, PEGs, trachs, PD and wound care
• EMR – yes
