Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted RN license
• Minimum one year of recent CVICU experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications (current)
• Strong cardiac monitoring and critical care assessment skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert nursing care to critically ill cardiac and vascular patients
• Monitor hemodynamic status, manage advanced life support equipment, and administer complex medication regimens
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary providers to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on cardiac care and recovery
• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic health records
