Job Description & Requirements
Lance Soft is seeking a travel nurse RN with a specialty in Neuro ICU for a role in Chesapeake, Virginia.

Floating Requirements: Must be willing to float to Stepdown Unit and may also be floated to ED/Med Surg to care for ICU patients being held.
- Skills Required: Strong neuro experience (post‑neurosurgical, EVD, and stroke), ventilator management, IV drip titration, telemetry monitoring, conscious sedation, dysrhythmia management, and emergency management. Ratios 1:2‑3.
- Experience: 3 years CC experience preferred (consider strong candidates without 3 years). Travel experience preferred.

Must be EPIC proficient; no exceptions.
