Schedule/Hours:
- Travel contract assignment
- Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience required
- BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
- Proficient with current cardiac and vascular surgical protocols
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Adaptable and able to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
- Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular operating room procedures
- Monitor, assess, and document patients throughout perioperative phases
- Ensure strict aseptic technique and adherence to infection control
- Coordinate with surgical, anesthesia, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide compassionate support and effective education to patients and families
