Schedule/Hours:
  • Travel contract assignment
Qualifications:
  • Valid, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 2 years of recent CVOR experience required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA preferred)
  • Proficient with current cardiac and vascular surgical protocols
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
  • Adaptable and able to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
  • Circulate and/or scrub in cardiovascular operating room procedures
  • Monitor, assess, and document patients throughout perioperative phases
  • Ensure strict aseptic technique and adherence to infection control
  • Coordinate with surgical, anesthesia, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes
  • Provide compassionate support and effective education to patients and families
