Shifts AvailableNight shifts only, 7 pm–7 am, every other weekend required. Positions are full‑time or part‑time only; no PRN work.
Sign‑On Bonus$10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time hires; part‑time hires can defer for an additional $2.25 on base pay.
Rate of pay: $30‑36.95 per hour
Shift differential: $2.00 for nights

- Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being
- Assist with resident comfort
- Collect samples and monitor catheters, provide wound care
- Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements, and professional standards
- Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition, including heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration
- Help coach staff as necessary
- Current LPN license in VA
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new grads welcome
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment
Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
