As a registered nurse, you ll serve as a voice for your patients and communicate with everyone involved in the plan of care—the patient, the patient s family, and the hospice care team. You ll advocate for patients to ensure they receive the quality care they deserve. This is a salaried full-time position with on-call coverage after hours from 5:00 pm Friday to 8:00 am Monday, supported by our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department and local hospice team.

Responsibilities include providing compassionate care, collaborating with the hospice care team, and advocating for patient needs; ensuring quality of care; and supporting patients and families during end-of-life care.
Qualifications- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
- Education:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse - Experience:
2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred) - Required:
Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
