Weekend Nursing Supervisor PT every weekend 8 hour shifts Sat and Sun

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Nursing Supervisor (RN/LPN) to join our team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, supporting clinical staff, ensuring quality resident care, and maintaining regulatory compliance during weekend shifts.
Schedule:
- Saturday & Sunday
- 8-hour shifts
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure quality resident care and adherence to care plans
- Assist with staffing coordination and clinical oversight
- Address resident, family, and staff concern professionally
- Monitor documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive outcomes
- Respond to emergencies and provide clinical guidance as needed
Qualifications:
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
