Chesapeake Health & Rehabilitation Center in Chesapeake, VA is hiring an RN/LPN House Supervisor for our 180-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. This full-time role requires compassion and leadership to deliver high-quality patient care and to maintain strong relationships with patients and families.
The House Supervisor will oversee nursing operations in the DON's absence, coordinate staffing, rounds, and documentation, and manage admissions, transfers, and discharges.
