Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent located in Chesapeake, VA. The Real Estate Agent will manage property transactions, including buying and selling properties, while assisting clients in making informed decisions. Additional responsibilities include researching market trends, conducting property showings, negotiating offers, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and other industry professionals.
Qualifications- Valid Real Estate License
- Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property market knowledge
- Strong Sales and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team environment
- Familiarity with real estate market dynamics in Chesapeake, VA, is a plus
