WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORWe are seeking energetic, motivated, and team-oriented professionals who can work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver credible, well-supported appraisal reports for a diverse client base.
Requirements- Active Certified Residential Appraiser License
- Licensed in North Carolina and/or South Carolina
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills
- Appraiser Training & Support - You will have access to a dedicated Appraiser Support Lead who is available to:
- Answer appraisal and process-related questions
- Provide one-on-one training and coaching
- Assist with software and workflow best practices
- Support professional growth and development
- Guide appraisers through the upcoming UAD 3.6 transition in November
