- Responsibilities:
Provide SMART customer service at all times according to Lowe's policies and programs;
Build relationships with vendors to ensure merchandise resets are completed per specifications;
Collaborate with Merchandising Service team and Manager to communicate project priorities, schedule, and needs;
Engage with customers when opportunities arise to assist with locating and loading merchandise;
Move, stock, and display merchandise according to reset/project instructions and ensure pricing labels are visible
