Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

• Property managers work independently at multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside
• Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies
• Perform daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are ready to rent
• Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits as part of daily business
• Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required

• Ability to lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds
• Walk in and around facilities, spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds for curb appeal

• Experience in customer‑service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or other service‑based companies
• Required to have a valid driver’s license and utilize their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or for other work‑related business (mileage reimbursement available)
